Despite of these literature and all the warnings given to us, there are still a lot of people who fail in their attempt at becoming fit and healthy. We have received plenty of warnings of eating high-calorie diets and engaging in harmful behaviors, yet we still eat these foods and engage in these behaviors. Many people have tried but failed. You don’t do your dieting and exercising even though you know it is good for you since you will not see any benefit immediately. And this is the reason why many people fail to achieve the healthy lifestyle.

The best solution to this problem is to apply the element of instant gratification to your health plan. Just remember that it is not impossible to lay aside instant gratification to gain health benefits. Gratification perception can be overcome in different ways. You can try some methods to do this. In your health plan, add a bit of instant gratification. Motive yourself by gibing yourself a reward whenever your health goal is achieved. As you get used to your new habits, you can start reducing your rewards.

Don’t make a mistake of rewarding yourself with food items that will go against your health goals. With these rewards, you can have self gratification while achieving your health goals.
